A scrapbook titled "Album of a Family" created by Charlotte Roese. She was born in San Francisco on February 8, 1904 and moved to Mill Valley with her family in 1910. She graduated from Tam High in 1922 and received an elementary school teaching credential from the San Jose Teachers' College in 1925. She taught first in Nicasio, later in Ventura, and died on June 27, 1972. The scrapbook contains newspaper articles, memorabilia, letters, and photographs. Items in the scrapbook date from 1895 through the 1940s.
